As-installed drawing
BG 87/2024, Useful Information Guide, written by Chin Hang “Kay” Lam and published by BSRIA in 2024, defines an as-installed drawing as: ‘A drawing prepared by a contractor or subcontractor indicating what was actually installed or erected during the course of the contract and handed over to the client at practical completion. Also known as a record drawing.’
